Damage and issues
Please inspect your items when you receive them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, with any tags or packaging. Contact us at prettyuglythingsaz@gmail.com to start a return.
If your item is eligible for return we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-returnable / Non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as living plants and isopods. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact us for assistance.
We provide a Live Arrival Guarantee for shipping, however we cannot provide refunds for the death of plants or isopods after they are in your custody and care.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days, please check in with us at prettyuglythingsaz@gmail.com and we can investigate the delay.
